Terms & booking conditions

The practical terms behind sessions, packages, events and corporate work.

Before launch

This page is a drafting scaffold, not finished terms. Complete every bracketed item and have the result reviewed. The cancellation window and payment terms here must match exactly what is configured in Trafft, or you’ll be enforcing two different policies.

Who you’re contracting with

FORMery is a trading brand of Ember & Pulse Group Ltd, company number [company number], registered office [registered address].

Booking and payment

Bookings are made through our booking system and confirmed by email.
Payment terms: [when payment is taken, for example at booking, in advance, or on account].
Packages: [validity period, transferability, whether sessions expire].

Changing or cancelling a session

If FORMery has to cancel, you’ll be offered an alternative time or a full refund.

Health, safety and suitability

You agree to complete the health questionnaire honestly and to tell us about injuries, conditions, medication or pregnancy before your session.
Movement carries inherent risk. Sessions are adapted around you, but you are responsible for working within your own limits and stopping if something hurts.
FORMery does not provide medical treatment, diagnosis or physiotherapy. [Add referral wording.]

Events, experiences and retreats

The FORMery Collective

Submitting an expression of interest does not create a contract, a guarantee of work or a partnership. [Describe the vetting process, what happens when work is offered, and the terms that will apply to that work.]

The FORMery name, logo, content and programme materials belong to Ember & Pulse Group Ltd. [Standard website terms, acceptable use, and third-party content.]

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
