FORMery for Work · Healthcare
You look after people.
Let us help look after
the people behind it.
Wellbeing built around the realities of healthcare work: shift patterns, physical demand, emotional load, and very little time.
Why this matters
Caring for the
people who care
for everyone else
Healthcare organisations spend every day looking after other people. The people doing that work carry it in their bodies as well as their heads.
Generic corporate wellbeing rarely fits. Sessions scheduled at 5pm don’t work for a team coming off a night shift. A one-hour workshop doesn’t touch a workforce that has been running short-staffed for months. And “resilience training” lands badly with people who are already resilient and simply exhausted.
FORMery designs around those realities: short, repeatable, physical, and scheduled when people can actually get there.
What we can support
Built for how healthcare works
Coordinated by FORMery and delivered by matched Collective practitioners, so the programme survives individual availability. Scheduling is built around shift patterns rather than office hours.
Designed end to end around what that specific team is carrying, not a generic away-day template. Often the first thing an organisation books.
Including short formats that fit around handover and break times, and sessions designed for people who are on their feet, or in one position, all shift.
Framed practically rather than as another thing added to the workload. We are careful not to imply that people who are exhausted simply need more resilience.
Ward managers, clinical leads and directors carry the organisation’s stress as well as their own. This is space designed for that.
A significant and under-served issue in a workforce that is majority women, many in the affected age range. Movement, symptom-aware programming and open conversation.
Things people actually want to attend, which is a low bar that a surprising number of staff events fail to clear.
We can plug into existing wellbeing strategies, staff networks and retention work rather than arriving with a competing framework.
Tell us the brief you actually have and we will design against it, drawing on whichever Collective disciplines fit.
Practicalities
The bits that usually get in the way
- Sessions scheduled around shift patterns, including early and late
- Short formats that fit real breaks
- Delivered on site, in your existing spaces
- National coverage through the FORMery Collective
- All practitioners vetted, qualified and insured
- One point of contact and one invoice, however many disciplines are involved
Healthcare client testimonial to be added once the first programme completes.
